Josh Broughton is a former professional baseball player and coach dedicated to developing elite-level athletes.

Professional Experience:

Drafted by the Kansas City Royals in 2019 (Pitcher)
Re-signed by the Pittsburgh Pirates organization in 2022 (Outfielder)
Competed professionally in the Liga Mexicana de Béisbol (LMB) 2025
Collegiate Career: Elon University and Valdosta State University

His experience across multiple professional organizations gives him firsthand insight into what it truly takes to compete at the next level.
